1. Worthy Judge Sohail Ikram Worthy District and Sessions Judge,Sargodha referred a Petition under Section 491 Cr,PC titled as Farhat Bibi vs SHO Police Station Bhagtanwala and Mazhar Abbas (her husband) for recovery of minor children.
Mediation was successful as Husband and wife agreed to live together for their children. Petition dismissed as withdrawn.
2. Two family cases were referred by Judge Rafaqat Sultan Learned Judge Family Court Sargodha titled as Mst Bushra vs Muhammad Sabar and Muhammad Sabir vs Mst Bushra for maintenance and restitution of conjugal rights respectively. Husband and wife agreed to live together for their daughters. Both suits dismissed as withdrawn.

Two criminal trials were referred by Judge Yasir Arfat Dahar Learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Sargodha titled as The State vs Riaz etc FIR no 325/16 Police Station Jhal Chakian-Sargodha under Section 337f5/148/149 Pakistan Penal Code. Complainant forgave in the name of Allah. Acuused persons acquiited.
4. A criminal trial was referred by Judge Tariq Farooq Shah Learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Sargodha titled as The state vs Muhammad Awais etc FIR no 294 Police Station Karrana-Sargodha under Section 451 Pakistan Penal Code. Complainant forgave in the name of Allah. Accused persons acquitted.
5. A family case referred by Judge Naviza Abbas Learned Judge Family Court Sargodha titled as Rubab Bibi vs Muhammad Aziz for recovery of maintenance allowance. Maintenance Allowance fixed. Suit decreed. Parties sought time of two months to give each other space and think about reunion after the said period.
