1. Criminal trial referred by Judge Tariq Farooq Shah learned judicial magistrate sargodha in case FIR no. 218/15 Police Station City Sargodha titled as The state vs Sajjad under Section 489-F Pakistan Penal Code.
Complainant forgave accused in the name of Allah. Payment against cheque is made. Accused acquitted.
2. Two family suits referred by Judge Naviza Abbas learned Family Judge Sargodha for Dissolution of Marriage and for recovery of past and future maintenance till iddah along with dowry articles. Parties agreed on separation. Maintenance Allow agreed between the parties to the extent of iddat period only and dowry articles recovered. Suit decreed. Title of the cases was Asia Noreen vs Muhammad Sajjad.
