FIR No. 297/15 Police Station City-Sargodha under Section 489-F Pakistan Penal Code titled as The State vs Muhammad Tariq. Rs 600,000/- amount of disputed cheque has been paid. Complainant compounded the offense. Accused acquitted.
2. A criminal trial referred by Judge Hasnat Aslam Gondal learned Judicial Magistrate Sargodha. FIR No. 06/14 Police State Atta Shaheed-Sargodha under Section 337f5/A1/354 Pakistan Penal Code titled as The State vs Zafar Iqbal. Complainant and injured forgave in the name of Allah. Accused persons acquitted.
3. Two family cases referred by Judge Rafaqat Sultan Learned Judge Family Court Sargodha titled as Gulshan bibi vs Muhammad Ijaz and Muhammad Ijaz vs Gulshan Bibi for maintenance allowance and restitution of conjugal rights respectively. Husband and wife agreed to live together for a better future. Suits dismissed as withdrawn.
