1. Family suit referred by Judge Naviza Abbas Learned Judge Family Court Sargodha. 

Titled as Tasleem Bibi vs Sikander Hayat. It was a suit for dissolution of marriage, recovery of dowry articles and maintenance allowance. Parties agreed for separation, Rs. 3500/- per month maintenance allowance of minor till marriage with 10 percent annual increase while Rs. 10000/- maintenance allowance for Tasleem Bibi for iddat period. Dowry articles have been taken by Tasleem Bibi which were damaged. Sikander Hayat Agreed to pay Rs 25000/- as damages to make up the loss to dowry articles. Suit for dissolution of marriage and maintenance allowance decreed while disposed off being infructuous to the extent of dowry articles.

2. A civil suit referred by Judge Muhammad Haroon learned Civil Judge Sargodha. It was a suit for declaration and permanent injunction. Parties entered into compromise and agreed that they shall not interfere into each other's easement rights connected to the disputed property including right of way, right of air, light and water. Suit dismissed as withdrawn. 

3. Two family suits referred by Judge Rafaqat Sultan Learned Judge Family Court Sargodha. Titled as Samra Perveen vs Sajjad Hussain for maintenance allowance and delivery expenses and Sajjad Hussain vs Samra Perveen for restitution of conjugal rights. Couple agreed to live together for their better future. Both the Suits dismissed as withdrawn.
