Family Reunion-Family cases:

1. A family case referred by Judge Rafaqat Sultan Learned Judge Family Court, Sargodha.
It was a case for recovery of maintenance allowance for past three years, dowry articles worth Rs. 400,000/- and delivery expenses worth Rs. 40,000/- titled as Mst. Mujahid Kalsoom vs Mohsin Raza. Husband Mohsin Raza is in Army. There was some family issue due to which wife was allegedly expelled from the house by family. She was living with her parent for three years and the titled suit was pending for more than a year. This suit was referred for mediation today. I conducted two joint sessions and two separate sessions with each of the parties upon which it turned out to be successful mediation. Parties had a son for whom they agreed to forgive each other and to live together for a better future. Suit is dismissed as withdrawn.
