1. Petition referred by Judge Arif Khan Niazi Learned Additional Sessions Judge Sargodha.
Petition was under Section 22-A of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1908 regarding commission of theft of Rs. 23,00,000/- moved by petitioner against his son in law. Petitioner opted for special oath to be administered by father of his son in law who agreed. Oath on Holy Quran was administered which was accepted by petitioner. Petition dismissed as withdrawn.

2. A criminal trial referred by Judge Rana Ilyas Bashir Learned Judicial Magistrate Sargodha. FIR no. 623/13 Police Station Jhal Chakian-Sargodha under Section 324/148/149 of Pakistan Penal Code titled as The State vs Khaliqdad etc. Complainant forgave accused persons in the name of Allah Almighty. Accused persons acquitted today.

3. A criminal trial referred by Judge Rana Ilyas Bashir Learned Judicial Magistrate Sargodha. FIR no. 228/12 Police Station Sajid Shaheed-Sargodha under Section 489-F of Pakistan Penal Code titled as The State vs Imran Shafiq. Parties had a business relation. Payments of disputed cheque have been adjusted in business transactions by the parties. Complainant forgave accused in the name of Allah Almighty. Accused acquitted today.

4. Two civil suits referred by Judge Shamas Hasnain Khan Sial Learned Civil Judge Shahpur-Sargodha between same parties who are real brothers. Titles of the cases are Muhammad Maqbool vs Abdul Ghafoor and Abdul Ghafoor vs Muhammad Maqbool etc. Both the suits were for Declaration and Permanent Injunction. Parties had dispute of jointly purchased land. Both agreed on a scheme of partition of land with easement rights.
