FIR no. 162/16 Police Station Bhagtanwala-Sargodha under Section 320/337-G Pakistan Penal Code. It was a case of Qatl-e-Khata (Murder by rash or negligent act) Titled as The State vs Muhammad Ijaz. Muhamnad Hayat father of the deceased and Irshad Bibi wife of the deceased forgave accused in the name of Allah Almighty. Accused acquitted.
2. Criminal case referred by Judge Muhammad Yasir Arfat Dahar, Learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Sargodha titled as The State vs Muhammad Mumtaz in case FIR no. 415/14 Police Station Jhal Chakian-Sargodha under section 489-F Pakistan Penal Code. Parties had a partnership firm in which this dispute arose. The amount of disputed cheque has been adjusted in the land of factory and complainant forgave accused. Accused acquitted. Parties agreed to resume business relationship in future.
3. Criminal case referred by Judge Hasnat Aslam Gondal, Learned Judicial Magistrate,Sargodha. FIR no. 161/16 Police Station Sajid Shaheed-Sargodha titled as The State vs Tariq Mehmood. It was an FIR under Section 489-F Pakistan Penal Code. Rs 528000/- was the amount of cheque which has been paid. Complainant compounded and forgave. Accused acquitted.
