One successful mediation today 23.01.2018

Land Dispute-Civil Case:

1. An ejectment petition referred by Judge Muhammad Qaddafi Bin Zair Learned Senior Civil Judge (Judicial) Sargodha.

Titled as Aslam Javed versus Sajid Islam etc. It was a land dispute between members of a family regarding joint property inheritted by them. After two joint sessions and two separate sessions they agreed for sale of property and distribution of sale proceeds. They promised to bring other cases to ADR Center Sargodha. They agreed to maintain cordial relations with each other in future.
