3 Successsful Mediations today 18.01.2018

Cheque Dishonor-Criminal Cases:

1. A criminal Trial referred by Judge Tariq Farooq Shah Learned Judicial Magistrate Sargodha. 
Case FIR no. 433/13 Police Station City-Sargodha under Section 489-F of Pakistan Penal Code titled as The State vs Muhammad Jamshed Aslam. 
2. A criminal trial referred by Judge Hasnat Aslam Gondal Learned Judicial Magistrate Sargodha. Case FIR no. 145/13 Police Station Sajid Shaheed-Sargodha under Section 489-F of Pakistan Penal Code titled as The State vs Muhammad Jamshed Aslam.
3. A criminal trial referred by Judge Hasnat Aslam Gondal Learned Judicial Magistrate Sargodha. Case FIR no. 118/13 Police Station Sajid Shaheed-Sargodha under Section 489-F of Pakistan Penal Code titled as The State vs Muhammad Jamshed Aslam.
                                      
Muhammad Iftikhar Qari and Muhammad Jamshed Aslam had a relationship of trust and were friends. Muhammad Jamshed Aslam had a business of cotton. Muhammad Iftikhar had transactions of cotton with Muhammad Jamshed Aslam during which there arose a dispute of money which was to be paid by Muhammad Jamshed Aslam. He issue three cheques to Muhammad Iftikhar Qari in different dates amounting Rs. 10,00,000/- each in two cheques while Rs. 235,000/- in one cheque. These cheques were dishonored resulting into above mentioned F.I.Rs pending before courts who referred the same for mediation. Mediation proceedings remained successful. Amounts have been paid. Muhammad Jamshed Aslam accused in these FIRs have been acquitted by the court. Parties said that they do not want to continue business relations however as morality demands, we will have cordial relation with each other and will not keep prejudice against each other.
