Cheque Dishonour-Criminal cases:
2. A criminal case referred by Judge Tariq Farooq Shah Learned Judicial Magistrate Sargodha. FIR no. 360/17 Police Station City-Sargodha under Section 489-F Pakistan Penal Code titled as The State vs Mansoor Ahmed. It was a business transaction regarding gold. Parties made a settlement of the amounts of disputed cheque. Complainant forgave accused in the name of Allah. Accused acquitted. Parties agreed to maintain a business relationship in future.
Family Reunion-Family cases:
3. A family case referred by Judge Azra Naseem Learned Judge Family Court Sargodha titled as Zeenat Bibi vs Muhammad Irfan. Husband and wife were living separately for almost two years and the suit for maintenance and delivery expenses was pending for almost nine months. The couple agreed to live together for their better future and forgave each other's past mistakes for the sake of Allah. Suit disposed off being infructuous.
