Attempt to murder-Criminal Case:

1. A criminal trial referred by Judge Rana Ilyas Bashir Learned Judicial Magistrate Section 30 Sargodha.

FIR no. 615 dated 17.10.1978 Police Station City-Sargodha under Section 324/452 of Pakistan Penal Code titled as The State vs Muhammad Asad. Accused in this FIR, after confirmation of pre-arrest bail had absconded in 1978 and appeared before court again now and moved pre-arrest bail again upon which trial started. Complainant forgave the accused in the name of Allah Almighty. Accused acquitted.

Land Dispute-Civil Case:

2. A civil suit referred by Judge Albasit Mudassir Ali learned civil Judge Sargodha Titled as Bahoo vs Abdul Baseer etc. It was a suit for specific performance and permanent injunction. Ownership of disputed property was with Province of Punjab while Abdul Baseer etc had possessory rights who transferred the same to Bahoo against consideration of Rs 20,00,000/- out of which fifty percent was already paid when dispute arose. Now remaining amount has been paid and suit is pending for report of provincial government.
