Attempt to murder-Criminal cases:

1. A criminal trial referred by Judge Rana Ilyas Bashir Learned Judicial Magistrate Section-30 Sargodha.

FIR No 375/17 Police Station City-Sargodha under Section 324/427 of Pakistan Penal Code titled as The State vs Bilawal alias Obaid Dogar. Parties to the reference had a transaction of meal on barbecue shop in which accused party doubted the complainant party when their dispute started resulting into fight. After successful mediation proceedings at ADRC Sargodha, now Complainant has forgiven accused in the name of Allah. Accused has been acquitted. Parties have agreed to maintain cordial future relation. 

Hurt Case-Criminal cases:

2. A criminal trial referred by Judge Tariq Farooq Shah Learned Judicial Magistrate Sargodha. Case FIR no 428/17 Police Station Karrana-Sargodha under section 337A2/F2/L2/34 of Pakistan Penal Code titled as The State vs Mohsin etc. Parties to this reference are living in neighborhood. They had enmity due to fight of their children which was settled but again after a few days arose bigger resulting into this occurrence. After successful mediation proceedings, complainant forgave accused persons in the name of Allah Almighty. Accused persons acquitted.

3. A criminal trial and a private complaint referred by Judge Hafiz Khalid Mehmood Learned Judicial Magistrate Sargodha. Case FIR no 380/14 Police Station Satellite Town-Sargodha under section 337A3/34 of Pakistan Penal Code titled as The State vs Muhammad Amjad etc while private complaint titled as Anees Bibi vs Amjad etc under section 506 of Pakistan Penal Code. There was a dispute of property between real brothers and sisters. They had a fight upon which FIR was lodged and afterwards upon commencement of trial private complaint was also moved. I conducted one joint session in the opening and one joint session in the closing and in between I conducted two separate sessions/caucus with each of the parties upon which mediation was successful. Parties agreed that they shall never fight again. Complainant forgave accused persons in the name of Allah. Accused persons acquitted. Parties further promised to bring their civil litigation to ADR Center, Sargodha. In the end both the parties said thanks to me and Honorable Chief Justice Lahore High Court Lahore for establishment of ADR Centers in the Province of Punjab.
