Attempt to Murder and Hurt Case-Criminal Cases:

1. A criminal trial referred by Judge Rana Ilyas Bashir Learned Judicial Magistrate Section-30, Sargodha. 

FIR no. 511/17 Police Station Jhal Chakian-Sargodha under section 337f5/324 Pakistan Penal Code titled as The State vs Sajid Hussain etc. 

2. Cross version in the above mentioned FIR under Section 337A5 titled as The State vs Javed Iqbal etc. It was a case of previous enmity and land disputes. Parties forgave each other in the nane of Allah Almighty. Accused persons acquitted. 

Murder by rash and negligent driving-Criminal Cases:

3. A criminal trial referred by Judge Rana Ilyas Bashir Learned Judicial Magistrate Section 30 Sargodha in case FIR no 235/17 Police Station Cantt-Sargodha under Section 320/279/427 titled as The State vs Muhammad Ashfaq. It was a case of rash and negligent driving due to which mother and son were on motorcycle got hit by vehicle. Mother expired and son got severly injured. Complainant party forgave in the name of Allah Almighty. Accused acquitted. 

Land dispute between the members of family-Civil Cases:

4. A civil suit referred by Judge Adnan Bakhtiar Learned Civil Judge Sargodha. It was a suit for declaration and permanent injunction titled as Muhammad Ramzan etc vs Muhammad Hayat etc. Parties were cousins and their fathers were real brothers. There was a dispute of joint property.  Muhammad Ramzan took his consideration in lieu of expenses and relinquished the claim of property. Suit dismissed as withdrawn. 

Family reunion of husband and wife-Family Cases:

5. A family suit referred by Judge Azra Naseem Learned Judge Family Court, Sargodha titled as Asia bibi vs Waheed-ur-Rehman. It was a suit for recovery of dowry articles. Suit for maintenance is separately pending before another court. Couple was living separately since seven years with one daughter living with Asia Bibi. Couple agreed to live together for a better future of their daughter. Suit disposed off being infructuous.
