Attempt to murder-Criminal cases:
1. A criminal trial referred by Judge Rana Ilyas Bashir Learned Judicial Magistrate Section-30 Sargodha.FIR No 781/16 Police Station Jhal Chakian-Sargodha under section 324/337F5/34 of Pakistan Penal Code titled as The State vs Muhammad Shehzad etc. Parties had a previous enmity and a fight which was compromised by them with help of respectables of locality but after this incident they were facing litigation. Parties entered into compromise now. Injured person forgave accused persons in the name of Allah. Accused persons are acquitted by learned referring court. Parties have also promised to maintain a cordial relationship in future and shall not fight again as they do not want to undergo the process of police stations and courts again as it costed their time and money in past.
Hurt Case-Criminal cases:
2. A criminal trial referred by Judge Muhammad Yasir Arafat Dahar Learned Judicial Magistrate Section 30 Sargodha. Case FIR no 780/16 Police Station Jhal Chakian-Sargodha under section 337A1/A2/F1/F2/L2 Pakistan Penal Code titled as The State vs Muzammil Abbas etc. Parties to this reference are near relatives living in neighbourhood. They had enmity due to divorce of a girl. I conducted one joint session and two separate sessions with them on first day and two joint sessions and four separate sessions today after which accused party sought apology and complainant party forgave them in the name of Allah and abundoned any kind of compensation which they were asking earlier and complainant had tears in his eyes while hugging accusex persons and he said that we are brothers and we will never fight again. Accused persons acquitted.
