It was a suit for recovery of maintenance allowance and delivery expenses. Husband and wife agreed for delivery expenses at Rs. 4000/- and maintenance allowance of minors at Rs. 2000/- per month per minor from the date of filing of suit till their age of majority. Suit is decreed. 

Cheque Dishonor-Criminal Case:

A criminal trial referred by Judge Tariq Farooq Shah Learned Judicial Magistrate Sargodha in case FIR no. 294/2014 Police Station City-Sargodha under Section 489-F of Pakistan Penal Code titled as The State vs Munir Ahmed. Amount of disputed cheque has been adjusted. Complainant forgave accused person. Accused acquitted.

Hurt Case-Criminal Case:

3. A criminal trial referred by Judge Tariq Farooq Shah Learned Judicial Magistrate Sargodha in case FIR no. 248/2017 Police Station City-Sargodha under Section 337-L2/A2/34 of Pakistan Penal Code titled as The State vs Ahmed Ali Etc. Complainant forgave accused persons. Accused persons acquitted. Parties agreed to maintain a cordial relationship in future.

Cheque Dishonor-Criminal Case:

4. A criminal trial referred by Judge Tariq Farooq Shah Learned Judicial Magistrate Sargodha in case FIR no. 30/2016 Police Station City-Sargodha under Section 489-F of Pakistan Penal Code titled as The State vs Abdul Hameed. Amount of disputed cheque has been agreed at 100,000/- to be paid in equal monthly installments in four months. Trial sine die adjourned till complete payment for four months.
