1. A criminal case referred by Judge Rana Ilyas Bashir Learned Judicial Magistrate Section 30 Sargodha. It was a case of attempt to murder under section 324 of Pakistan Penal Code. FIR no. 289/16 Police Station Saddar-Sargodha titled as The State vs Shafiq etc. The trial of the case was in process and accused persons were in judicial custody for more than six months. Complainant of the case Sheroon Yousaf forgave accused persons in the name of Allah Almighty. Accused Persons acquitted.
Dispute of land between the family members...
2. A civil suit for Declaration and Permanent Injunction referred by Judge Rana Aneel Arshad Learned Civil Judge Sargodha titled as Sabir Hussain vs Karamat Bibi etc. It was a dispute of division of land between the members of the family. Sabir Hussain was aggrieved of the division who approached court for land worth 19 kanals and 12 marlas and had already got 75 kanals. Parties agreed for Rs. 10,00,000/- as consideration of the said 19 kanals and 12 marlas which has been paid to Sabir Hussain. Now there remains no transaction between the parties. Suit disposed off being infructuous.

3. A civil suit for Declaration and Permanent Injunction referred by Judge Muhammad Haroon Learned Civil Judge Sargodha. It was a dispute of house between real brothers titled as Muhammad Riaz vs Muhammad Hayat. I conducted three sessions with these brothers on three different dates and finally they agreed for special oath (oath on Holy Quran) to be administered on a person of the choice of both the parties. Accordingly oath was administered and was accepted by them. Muhammad Riaz agreed that the house belonged to his brother Muhammad Hayat. Suit disposed off being infructuous.
