Cheque Dishonor-Criminal Cases:

1. A criminal case referred by Judge Tariq Farooq Shah Learned Judicial Magistrate Sargodha. 

FIR no. 62/2013 Police Station City-Sargodha under section 489-F of Pakistan Penal Code titled as The State vs Muhammad Mukhtar etc. It was a dispute of 900,000/- rupees out of which 140,000/- was in dispute which has been paid to the complainant. Complainant compounded the offense. Accused acquitted. 

Family Reunion-Family Cases:

2. A family suit referred by Judge Azra Naseem Learned Judge Family Court Sargodha. It was a case for dissolution of marriage, maintenance allowance, dowry articles and medical expenditures titled as Syeda Mehak Ali vs Shabbir Hussain. Parties agreed to live together for their better future. Husband agreed to pay Rs. 10,000/- monthly maintenance allowance to the wife. Suit has been adjourned sine die for six months after which husband shall buy a house in the name of wife upon which they shall withdraw the suit.
