Cheque dishonor-Criminal cases:

1. A criminal trial referred by Judge Tariq Farooq Shah Learned Judicial Magistrate Sargodha.
FIR no. 172/16 Police Station City Sargodha under section  of Pakistan Penal Code titled as The State vs Muhammad Sher. Parties had a transaction in business of motorcyles in which dispute arose when a cheque was dishonored. Payment of amount of disputed cheque worth Rs 70,000/- has been paid. Parties compromised. Complainant forgave accused in the name of Allah almighty. Accused acquitted. Parties agreed to maintain a cordial relation in future.
