1. A criminal case referred by Judge Tariq Farooq Shah Learned Judicial Magistrate, Sargodha.
FIR no. 514/17 Police Station Karrana Sargodha under section 337 F-6 of Pakistan Penal Code titled as The State vs Daud. Parties to the reference had a previous enmity due to which they had a fight resulting into FIR. I conducted two joint sessions and no private session. Parties reconciled and compromised. Complainant and injured forgave accused in the name of Allah Almighty. Accused is acquitted. Parties agreed to maintain a cordial relationship with each other in future.
