views on ADR 3 By elder and younger brothers in a land dispute

In a dispute of land worth more than 15 acres, two brothers were parties.

Their civil suit was pending before Civil Court, Sargodha from where it was referred for mediation at ADR Center, Sargodha. Mediation Proceedings remained Successful and both of the brothers were very happy since their case which was pending for about two years was resolved at ADR Center in one day. In the end, both the brothers hugged each other and promised for a real brotherly cordial relationship in future.
